Peter King and Vince House from Aereco will take us through two case studies of tackling damp and mould in a social housing context.

We will be joined by Peter King and Vince House from Aereco who will take us through Thamesmead’s groundbreaking and award-winning Condensation Damp and Mold Strategy, and Reading Borough Council Monitoring Study.

The Thamesmead Condensation Damp and Mold Strategy was implemented in a social housing context in which widespread fuel poverty was a significant factor.
