SUMMARY:Business models for able to pay: Community-led Approaches to Retrofit
DESCRIPTION:Community-led Approaches to Retrofit – knowledge sharing webinars  – Business models for able to pay\n\n\nIn this session we look at new and emerging business models for community energy groups to deliver retrofit services to the able to pay. Examples include assessment services\, advice services and One Stop Shop services such as People Powered Retrofit.  \nIn a series of lunchtime hour-long webinars\, three leading Community Energy organisations explore emerging models and best practice for the delivery of retrofit and energy efficiency projects.  \nFunded by the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust\, SELCE\, BHESCo and Carbon Co-op have engaged in a 12 months knowledge sharing and research project to identify successful models for retrofit across different tenures and approaches.  \nFree to attend\, each session will address a different theme and be led by one of the partners. Suitable for staff\, board or members of Community Energy groups as well as other stakeholders such as local authorities\, retrofit practitioners\, academics and researchers.  \nAll webinars take place at 1pm and last one hour.
