Hello. We wanted to let you know that we are currently experiencing an exceptionally high level of demand for People Powered Retrofit services. On one level this is great news, but it also sadly means we need to pause new clients enquiries, including requests for our Home Retrofit Planner assessment service, whilst we clear the backlog of projects.
We are still taking enquiries and we’ll place clients in a queue that will be reviewed on a four-weekly basis. We know this is frustrating, so we’re also working hard to put plans in place to expand the service and build our capacity further – watch this space for details!
