Master Your Heating Controls – Birch Community Centre, Rusholme

Learn how to use your home’s heating controls in the most energy efficient way.
Is your boiler running as efficiently as it could? Do your radiators come on at the times that best suit your needs? In this workshop, you can learn how to make your home’s heating and hot water systems work for you.
You’ll learn:
- About the different parts of your home heating system
- How to adjust your boiler and control systems to save energy and suit your lifestyle
- How to bleed your radiators
- Know what actions you can take to increase the efficiency of hot water use
Who should come? Everyone’s welcome! Whether you own your home, rent, or just want to feel cosier this winter. No experience needed. Relevant for people with gas boilers.
There will be free tea, coffee, and a complimentary post-workshop lunch along with a goodie bag of a temperature/humidity hygrometer, radiator key and LED Efficient light bulb.
