Jon will cover Ecology’s approach to supporting retrofit and renovation projects, including tips for borrowers approaching their lender.
Andy Woodcock, Acorn Co-op Support and Co-op Culture
Andy will talking on existing sources of finance available for co-ops and social businesses for carbon reduction measures as well as a possible new exciting model for The Carbon Co-op to enable individuals to access carbon reduction finance.
Bill Taylor, Taylor Armitt Consulting Ltd
Bill will be talking about general issues to do with funding and the approach of lenders and valuers, including tips to ensure your retrofit project increases, rather than threatens, the value of your home.
David Pierpoint, Managing Director, Osmosis Consulting
David will be talking about how to effectively manage the technical and financial risks of domestic retrofits, and about the crucial role of the Retrofit Coordinator.
